Thank you for choosing Task2Hire to connect with the next generation of talent. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform.

1. Platform Use

Task2Hire is designed to help employers identify, connect with, and recruit prospective employees. Access to candidate profiles and task submissions is for recruitment purposes only and should be used in a professional, lawful, and non-discriminatory manner.

2. Candidate Information

All candidate profiles, portfolios, and task submissions are confidential and for internal use by your organization. Do not share candidate information with third parties without their consent.

3. Communication

All messages exchanged through Task2Hire should be respectful, constructive, and related to employment opportunities. Harassment, unfair treatment, or discrimination of any kind is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

Task submissions remain the intellectual property of the candidate. Please do not reuse, reproduce, or modify a candidate’s work without their permission.

5. Liability

Task2Hire is not liable for employment decisions made by employers or for the accuracy of candidate information. All employment offers, negotiations, and agreements are made directly by the employer and the candidate.

6. Pricing

Task2Hire offers tiered subscription packages for employers, with varying levels of access to student profiles, messaging, and posting opportunities. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Details of current pricing and subscription options will be provided at the point of sign-up or renewal.

7. Data Retention Policy

Candidate profiles, messages, and related data are retained for up to 24 months after the candidate’s last activity on Task2Hire. After this period, personal data may be anonymized or deleted in line with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. Data will be retained after this period if requested by candidate. Employers may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting Task2Hire support (subscription fee will not be refunded).

8. Termination

Task2Hire reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
